The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board published the ‘Adult K’ Safeguarding Adult Review in April 2023.
As part of the Review process, we contact relevant organisations after a SAR report has been published to ask them to complete a short survey for feedback on how they feel practice has changed since the Review. This helps to establish if learning has been embedded or if there are any areas that may need further work.
