Annual Survey 2024-2025 (General Public – Easy Read)

The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board is a group of organisations that are working together to help protect adults at risk of abuse and neglect. This is known as safeguarding and it means to protect from harm. Abuse means to cause harm or distress to another. The Teeswide Safeguarding Adults Board want to know your thoughts about abuse, neglect and safeguarding. Your thoughts are very important and will help the board work to protect people.
