The Adults & Children Safeguarding Partner Organisations across Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees actively support the ‘Think Family’ approach and are committed to the continuous learning and development of all staff and volunteers working with vulnerable people: adults, children, young people and families.

Through this site you will be able to view, select and be given immediate access to a range of e-learning opportunities.

As from 1st April 2024 our e-learning system has been updated

The full course range is still available but there are some changes for users

Important information for all users:

  • From 1st April 2024 users will no longer have access to old Me-Learning system. All users will need to register for an account on the new LMS system. Your old login details will not work on the new system.
  • Please choose from the options below to create an account, login to your account or to change your password. Do not use the My Account/Login option at the top of this page as this is for TSAB training events/courses only.

To create an account you will need to complete a short form with your details. Where options are selected from a drop down list please review all of the options before selecting the most appropriate option. If there isn’t an option that covers your job role please contact us.

Registrations are done by area. Please choose the link for the area where you predominantly work or are based. If you cover more than one area within Tees please choose the Multi Area option.

You will receive an email asking you to verify your account. When prompted to do so please enter the email address and password that you used when creating the account. You will then be directed to the home page where you can start to enrol for learning. You will need to choose the Browse Courses option to view the list of courses available.

The recommended Browsers for accessing the e-learning are Chromium Edge or Google Chrome. Other Browsers may prevent pages from loading correctly.

If your organisation is already using LMS for their own training you may not be able to self-register. In this case please contact us and we can help you to set up your account.

Once you have created a user account you can login here: Log in to my Account

** Please remember that old Me-Learning user login details are no longer valid. All users need to register on the new system that came into effect as from 1st April 2024. If you have not done this yet please see the first option above **

There is a link to reset your password on the Me-Learning login page: Log in to my Account

You can view a list of e-learning courses here: Course Directory (pdf)

All courses are free of charge for staff and volunteers working within the Tees area in Statutory, Voluntary or Not for Profit Organisations. Please note that Commissioned Care Providers, Nurseries, Academies and Independent Schools are not considered as Private / For Profit organisations and can access the e-learning free of charge.

Course times vary, but take between 30 minutes and 2.45 hours to complete with a short test at the end. If you have passed then you will be able to print a certificate of completion.

You do not have to complete the training all at once, you can dip in and out of the module, at work or at home and the system will monitor your progress.

Once you start your e-learning course we request that you aim to complete it within 4 weeks. Therefore we recommend that you only request one course at a time.

You can download this Safeguarding All e-Learning Poster (pdf) to help with the promotion of the courses.
